Once your business process analysis solution is in place, you can rely on our technical support service, which draws on our expertise in Australia as well as our close ties with iGrafx product specialists around the globe. You’ll receive telephone and email support from local iGrafx professionals in our Premium Australian Support Centre, not an overseas call centre.

Our support professionals are trained to resolve a variety of complex issues. They will investigate any problems,  where possible provide an instant response otherwise they will, review the problem and draft solutions. Should an issue require escalation to iGrafx headquarters, a MicroDynamics consultant will manage, monitor and report on the problem until it is resolved.
