iGrafx Process 2011 Training Course

Duration:  Three Days

Familiarity with process mapping.  Recommended for people who have completed our "Business Process Mapping Techniques" course or similar.

This advanced three-day course is for staff involved in documenting and mapping processes, who want to use the powerful process analysis features in iGrafx Process. The course starts with a focus on creating effective process diagrams. It then teaches participants how to run simulations to analyse such thngs as durations, cost, resource utilisation and bottlenecks,  It then takes particpants on the journey of re-egineering processes, comparing the AS-IS to the TO-BE processes, , and examines in depth several real-world business case studies.
